Contact Us
CapitalCalc is an independent tax-calculation tool published by a small team. There is no call centre and no chatbot — email reaches a person who works on the calculators.
Whether you have found a rate that looks wrong, want to understand how a number was produced, or need help with a Pro licence, the address below is the fastest way to reach us.

- Which calculator you were using (capital gains, mortgage, paycheck, or car loan).
- The numbers you entered — filing status, tax year, income, and the figures in question.
- What you expected versus what the calculator showed.
- For licence issues, the email address used at purchase. Never send us your full card number.

What we cannot do
We are not a tax preparer or a licensed advisor, so we cannot review your return, tell you what to file, or give personalised tax, legal, or investment advice. Our tools produce estimates from published federal and state rates — see our Editorial Policy for how those figures are sourced and checked. For advice on your own situation, please speak to a qualified tax professional or CPA.
Reporting an error in our data
Tax rates change, sometimes mid-year. If a bracket or state rate on this site does not match the current official figure, send us the page URL and the source you are comparing against. Corrections that affect a calculation are prioritised over everything else in the queue, and the page's "last updated" date is revised when we publish the fix.
